Home Information Pack
We will provide you with a Property Code Compliance Board (PCCB) compliant Home Information Pack, using our own local team of Domestic Energy Assessors and Personal Search Agents, and we also provide HIP’s for all other areas of England and Wales.

Our HIP consists of all the compulsory documents such as HIP Index, Property Information Questionnaire, Sale Statement, Land Registry Title Deed with plan (registered properties), Energy Performance Certificate with recommendations to improve energy efficiency and Government compliant Searches.

EPC - Energy Performance Certificate - Residential
If you require an EPC only, and not the full pack, as is the case for residential lettings, we will provide you with an EPC using our accredited and licensed Energy Assessors
